5.1 Tax Exclusivity: Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Australian GST: Australian customers will be charged GST where applicable.

5.3 International Taxes: Customers outside Australia are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or VAT required in their jurisdiction.

6.1 Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload and create in the Service ("User Content").

6.2 License to Use: You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

6.3 Data Backup: While we maintain backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data.

6.4 Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates these terms.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

8.1 Our Property: The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by Lineborer Pro and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Trademarks: "Lineborer Pro" and related logos are trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

8.3 Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

9.1 Uptime: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

9.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily restricts access to the Service.

9.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.

10.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for non-payment.

10.3 Data Export: Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After that period, we may delete your account and data.

11.1 "As Is" Service: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11.2 Data Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all specifications and data. We do not warrant the accuracy of user-submitted data.

11.3 Professional Judgment: The Service provides tools and information, but does not replace professional judgment. Always verify critical specifications independently.

11.4 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
